NMC Health (LSE: NMC) is the largest private healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates, and employs more than 11,000 staff in 40 facilities across eight countries, including Brazil, Spain and Denmark.

It listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2012 and has pursued a policy of expansion by acquisition as well as organic growth. Revenue for 2016 rose by almost 40% to $1.2bn. Since listing, the share price has risen by more than 800%, and is up by more than 100% in the past year.

Broadband provider Talk Talk Telecom (LSE: TALK) suffered a high-profile cyber attack in 2015 that resulted in thousands of customer details being exposed. It was fined £400,000 for the breach in October 2016, damaging its financial performance. Preliminary results for 2017 saw revenue fall by 3% to £1.7bn, with the company cutting its dividend and warning on 2018 earnings. The share price has fallen by almost 40% in the past year.
