MoneyWeek map: Where the world’s workers will be in 2050

The world’s working age population (those aged between 20 and 59) will grow by more than 25% between 2010 and 2050, according to the United Nations.

However, as you’d expect, the distribution will be extremely uneven: given current trends, Russia’s population looks likely to slide while most African countries will boom. This map shows how the working population of each country is currently expected to change over the next 40 years.
