Which countries have the best quality of life? And which the worst? The Economist Intelligence Unit looked at various factors including economic growth, life expectancy, freedom and gender equality to rank 80 countries. We’ve highlighted the top ten, the bottom ten, and also noted the position of Britain – which ranked 27th.
